2. Participants in Rizhao Plant: Office staff, head of processing/assembly/quality, head of class, public affairs group, dormitory inspector, restaurant manager

3. Location: Training room on the 2nd floor of the Rizhao Plant restaurant

4. Method: Video of using the beam project in the training room and explanation of the training personnel of the Fire Department

5. Contents: ● Video of damage mainly caused by major fires in Rizhao regions and other regions of China, fire suppression, and post-fire conditions (including patients/deaths), Systematic explanation such as cause of fire etc.
 (EX: In the case of Rizhao, fire at the Huamei Hotel, apartment)
 ● Training on evacuation and emergency measures in case of fire (high-rise buildings, single-family houses, public worksites, vehicle fires, Plant fires, etc.)
 ●Education on actual use of fire extinguishers was included before training, but after training at the Iljo Plant of the fire department training staff, a visit to other factories was scheduled, and training in the training room was conducted longer than the scheduled time, and it was completed with video and training personnel demonstration.
