Personal Information Protection Act
       - Personal information should be collected with prior consent
       - Only the minimum information necessary for service or business should be collected.
       - The collected personal information should not be used differently from the purpose of 
         collection or should not be provided to a third party
       - The processing of personal information should be consigned in writing, and it should be
         disclosed.
       - Personal information should be managed/stored safely
       - Personal information should be destroyed when the purpose of use is achieved
       - Relevant documents should be kept clearly and subject's requests for accessing the
         information should be promptly responded.
       - It should be prepared for personal information leakage notification, collective dispute
         settlement, and group litigation
